Workshops
Register for the Mindfulness Curriculum Training Workshop May 17-19, 2013. You will be provided with training in The Heat-Mind Education curriculum, research and related brain science resources, mindful teaching methods and strategies and follow up support. The curriculum can be used in classrooms, as a counselor, in after school programs, classes at the CIC and at home.

Compassionate Boise
We have applied with Compassion Action Network International to work towards Boise being designated as a compassionate city. This is a long-term project that will involve many community stakeholders.
